We featured Fray Bentos‘ amazing outing on Hot Digits recently. Now he’s rummaging on Hot Gorilla Records, the love child of Andy Buchan & Conan The Selector.
The EP is titled Sweet & Savory EP and consists of three excellent tracks from Fray Bentos. I had a hard time singling out one of them to feature.
Obsession is a House tinged chugger with a nostalgic dash of synths.
A slightly Disco glaze shimmers on top of the House layer, and sweeping strings lends it all a feeling of Nu Disco with solid vibe of disco nostalgia.
