Ferris Statler is back on his very own Berlin based imprint, Stereo 09 Records, with a lush 4-tracker, oozing with style and finesse.

Step On Board doesn’t rush the room—it eases in, leaning on smooth jazz tones and an air of velvet control, setting the EP afloat with quiet elegance.

No One But You pulls the curtains and dims the light—a tender, downbeat drift that lands like a soft, sorrowful blow to the heart.

Left Balance shifts the gravity—quick-footed and crooked in all the right ways, it plays jazz like it’s dodging traffic, letting a more impish energy seep through.

Bons Disques closes the affair with a nod to House classicism—measured and graceful, but touched by something a little more cinematic, a little more wistful. It exits not with a bang, but with a bow.

Discoholics Anonymous doesn’t ask for cookies. It slips them into your pocket while you’re not looking, the way clubs used to slip flyers into your coat lining at 4:37 in the morning. Some of them are harmless — the house keys. They keep the lights on, remember who you are, stop the whole thing collapsing when you hit refresh. Without them the site is just a room with no door. The others are curious little spies. They want to know which mixes you stayed for, which ones you ghosted, whether you
