Behind EVVIVA! we find two Japanse DJs from the Osaka area.

I stumbled onto this certified gem during one of those rare, electric moments on Myhouseradio’s legendary Black Light Disco show this week, as the formidable Cole Kutz was behind the decks, and he was absolutely caning it.

The track carries a curious duality: laid back, unhurried, like it knows exactly where it’s going and has no need to rush. But underneath that ease is a confident strut—cocky hooks dressed in velvet, stitched together with warm, soulful textures and nimble, jazzy licks. It walks a fine line between swagger and sophistication, and it knows it. When the acidic 303 stabs kick in, it’s just heavenly!

I will surely keep a sharp eye out for both EVIVVA! and Polyamore Recs.

Discoholics Anonymous doesn’t ask for cookies. It slips them into your pocket while you’re not looking, the way clubs used to slip flyers into your coat lining at 4:37 in the morning. Some of them are harmless — the house keys. They keep the lights on, remember who you are, stop the whole thing collapsing when you hit refresh. Without them the site is just a room with no door. The others are curious little spies. They want to know which mixes you stayed for, which ones you ghosted, whether you
